  • Components of the Costume (full costume, petticoat only, jacket only etc.)

  • At least Two pictures of the costume. Front and Back if possible

  • Measurements in inches

    • Hip:

    • Height: 

Please only send one quote at a time and make sure all of the information above is there or else I will not be able to provide a quote for your commission. If I do not respond back to you within two weeks please send me a follow up email.
